Support connection helps you build your abilities to connect with informal community and funded organisations | individuals | groups etc, which enables you and your loved ones to get the most out of your plan and pursue your life pathways.

This level of support assists you to build skill needed to understand and use your plan in the best way forward, ensure an increase in capacity, maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live independently and find your place in the community.
Specialist Support
This is a higher level of support coordination and is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist care.

A specialist support coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your environment and ensure consistent delivery of services, so you receive the care you need when you need it.
NDIS Assistance
This specific support gives you and your loved ones the assistance needed to set up or attend the first initial plan meeting of becoming an NDIS participant and help guide you through the process of apply for NDIS financial support.

You may also wish to focus on a specific goal in your NDIS plan such as those related to finding suitable home and living supports.
